New Olympic Set

I took the plunge yesterday and purchased a 300 lb. Olympic weight set manufactured by Cap. It was on sale at Academy Sports and Outdoors for $160 bucks! I couldn’t wait to get it home and start using it. I only did a few sets of lifts (dead lift, power-clean, and shoulder press), but I can really feel the difference today. I can already see that this is gonna be a great supplement to my weight training regimen.

On a side note, I finally had time to re-install my desktop machine with Gentoo. Look out for an article here in the very near future.
